RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and cancellations.  You can request a cancellation within 3 days of purchase or downpayment.  Once your item has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery for returns. We ask that you ship the unused item back to us within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging if applicable.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.  There is no restocking fee on returns. Once the item is received a full refund will be submitted, less the original shipping fees.

Please note: After 3 days of receiving a downpayment, it becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Please contact us if you have any problems or questions with your order. (for commissioned pieces only)

Please note: Once a commissioned piece has been shipped and received, it is non-refundable. All sales are final for commissioned items.

DOWNPAYMENT POLICY

For all custom commissions, a downpayment is required to cover the cost of materials. This downpayment will be applied toward the total cost of the commissioned piece. The amount of the downpayment will be discussed and agreed upon before production begins. This policy helps ensure we can secure the necessary materials and begin crafting your unique project promptly.

PRIVACY POLICY

I will only use your shipping/ billing address, and/or contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for legal reasons (like paying taxes).

ADDRESS CHANGES: If the product is returned to us or delivered to someone else due to customer error (i.e. wrong address) you are responsible to pay for the shipping charges or overages. Please contact us as soon as you know you are moving or notice your address is incorrect on your invoice.

All items are insured upon shipping.  If your received order has visible shipping damage, refuse the shipment. Do not sign or initial any paperwork and contact us immediately. We can replace damaged orders at no cost, but only if the shipment is refused. If you accept the damaged item we will not be able to replace it because you have indicated the item was received in proper condition.
